Director of Sales - London

The Role 

You'll be head of our London office with new revenue and retention responsibility in our largest and most dynamic territory. 

Must Haves

  • 10-15 years exceeding quota as a sales person or manager in B2B SaaS markets with high ACVs 
  • Built and managed elite sales teams of 7 to 10 people; SAS experience, not the continental army 
  • Deep experience performance managing sales; weekly, monthly, quarterly metrics
  • Constantly: sourcing top talent, reviewing and exiting low performers
  • Experience managing inside sales, SDRs and working deeply with marketing demand gen
  • You write your own onboarding and weekly training materials on selling skill and industry knowledge

Nice to Haves 

  • Fintech, trading, or financial services experience
  • Aggressive, impatient, and a little mean
